Throughout the last 6 months, Calvary’s leadership has recognized the importance and urgency of prayer to address the various issues facing our world. In 1 Thessalonians 5, the Apostle Paul encourages us to ‘Pray without Ceasing’. With that leading, Calvary will be hosting 24hrs of unceasing prayer for our cities, our state, our nation, and our world.
DATE & LOCATION
The 24hrs of Prayer will begin at noon on Friday August 7th, and continue until noon on Saturday August 8th. You can join us in person at our Sweetwater campus, or remotely.
TIME SLOTS
While we encourage you to join us in prayer for the full time, we are asking that you sign up for a 15min time slot to be intentionally and deliberately in prayer with us. If you are local to Lake Havasu, you can join us at our Sweetwater campus for your 15min time slot. If you are not local, you can chose the remote option, and join with those around our nation in praying with us!
IN PERSON INFO
For those attending in person, we hope to see all of the 15min time slots filled for the entire 24hrs. You are welcome to sign up for multiple time slots if you desire. We do ask that you not sign up groups for your time slot so that we can maintain social distancing guidelines. You are welcome to come with your immediate family and children.
During the event, we will have prompts and suggestions for prayer topics to help guide you through your time. There will also be pastors and deacons on site for the duration of the 24hrs if you need prayer yourself or have questions while you are there.
