On February 11, Calvary will be hosting An Evening of Hope. This will be an evening to offer hope and encouragement and fun for people with special needs, ages 14 and older.
Date and Location
An Evening of Hope will be Friday, February 11th from 6-8pm. The event will be at Calvary’s Sweetwater Campus, located at 3100 Sweetwater Ave. Get directions here: Google Maps
Participation Info
An Evening of Hope is an event designed for those with special needs who are over 14 years of age. Caretakers will also have a place to relax and enjoy themselves on-site during the event if desired.
Volunteer Info
An Evening of Hope will require large volunteer participation in order to succeed. Volunteers will have a wide range of involvement opportunities. Opportunities include: Guest Friend, Hair and Makeup help, setup and tear down, food service help, and of course, Red Carpet help to welcome guests to the event. Other options are shown in the registration process. The volunteer sign-up deadline is January 30th. All volunteers will be required to attend a training. Two training sessions are available to choose from, January 27th, 6-7pm or January 30th, 4-5pm. Please contact Amber Smith if unable to accommodate training times.
