If you love off-roading and spending time with other guys and gals as you explore our state, then you will want to get involved in the Calvary Off-Road Enthusiasts group (C.O.R.E.). C.O.R.E. plans trips and excursions all around the state in varying difficulties. You are invited to join them on the following Trips:
February 25th: Chloride Run
The route will pass the Chloride turn off to a BLM access road, and head north which leads to the summit of the mountain. The trail leads back down the mountain, past the Murals located outside Chloride. Lon White (trip leader) plans on stopping for a meal at the restaurant in town that offer some of the largest hamburgers ever seen. They do have regular size meals as well.
Trail Info
This run is rated a 2.5 based on a short section on rocks, near the Murals.
