What: Calvary's Drive Through Nativity
When: Friday, December 6, and Saturday, December 7, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Where: Calvary North Campus, 3735 London Bridge Road.
Volunteers play an essential role in making this event a success. There are various roles to choose from, with a general overview and expectation of time for each listed below.

Volunteer Roles and Expectations
Set-Up Crew
Dates: Set up is on Wednesday, December 4th and Thursday December 5th, starting at 8:00 a.m.
Details: Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Role: Help with the setup of scenes and decorations for the event.
Cast Members - Including Greeting & Farewell Team
Shifts:
1st Shift: 5:00–6:00 p.m. & 7:00–8:00 p.m.
2nd Shift: 6:00–7:00 p.m. & 8:00–9:00 p.m.
Requirements: No acting or speaking required. Attend a costume fitting on December 5th anytime between 4:00–8:00 p.m. Arrive 30 minutes prior to your shift.
Details: Costumes provided. Dinner will be provided during 1-hour break.
Costume Assistants
Fitting: December 5, 4:00–8:00 p.m.
Event Shifts: December 6 & 7, 4:30-9:30 p.m.
Role: Assist cast members with costume fittings and adjustments during shifts.
Carolers
Shifts:
1st Shift: 5:00–6:00 p.m. & 7:00–8:00 p.m.
2nd Shift: 6:00–7:00 p.m. & 8:00–9:00 p.m.
Requirements: Children under 13 must have a responsible adult with them. Festive, weather-appropriate attire recommended.
Details: Songs will be provided in advance for at-home practice. Dinner will be provided during 1 hour break.
Hospitality Team
Role: Help serve and coordinate a potluck-style meal for the cast and crew during the events.
Shifts: Two shifts available on both nights.
