The Southern Baptist Convention’s Dsaster Relief team represents the third-largest disaster relief organization in the country, and seeks to be the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need after natural disasters. Now you can be a part of this as well. This training event gets you in the door and allows you to be on the list of those willing to go in response to natural disasters
CLASS INFO
The class will be taught by representatives of the Arizona Disaster Relief division, and will provide you with the in person training component to be certified as a responder for mass feeding, Recovery (ash out or mud out), or chainsaw teams. DATE AND TIME
The class will be at the McCulloch Campus (1605 McCulloch Blvd) from 8am to 3pm. Specific class times are as follows:
Mass Feeding: 8am - 3pm
Recovery (Ash out and Mud out) 8am-11:15pm
Chainsaw classroom instruction: 12p - 3pm
COST
The class cost is $20 per person which includes the class instruction, lunch, as well as a team hat and t-shirt once the full training program is completed.
ADDITIONAL STEPS
