COME SPLASH WITH US!!!
We will be taking a day trip to hang out at the Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Water Park in Glendale, AZ. Transportation will be provided. Space is limited.
DATES
Monday, July 17th. We will be leaving from the Sweetwater Campus (3100 Sweetwater Ave) at 8:00am and returning around 6:00pm.
COST
$50 per student. This covers lunch and all fees. Your student may bring snacks, and/or drinks.

FORMS
You will need to complete a medical release form and online waiver for Calvary before sending your student.
Please complete the Calvary Permission Slip.
