General Information
Arrival info: check-in time is 4 pm or after. Upon arrival, check-in at registration in the Iron Horse lobby. You will not be admitted into camp prior to 4pm to allow staff to finish preparations for your arrival.
Room & Bathroom: The rooms hold between 10-14 women with bunk beds. Each room has its own bathroom with a private shower and private toilet stalls.
Weather: Williams is a mountain town so the weather is cooler, drink plenty of water (altitude: 7000 ft.)
Two days prior to retreat we are notified of room location and occupancy number per room. This makes it extremely difficult to guarantee roommates, lower bunk, or lower level room requests. We do make every effort to accommodate your requests, but can not guarantee them. Requests are fulfilled on first to register basis.

1. comfortable walking shoes & clothes (think: camp attire/jacket for the evening)
